With career paths, personal development and advancement through the company road-mapped, it gives us great pleasure in recognizing the integrity, determination, and achievements of 3 of our shining Project Managers, as they are promoted to superstar Senior Project Managers.

Khalil Ayyoub (Special-K) began his Compass UAE journey in 2016 as an Assistant Project Manager. He has since continued to climb, taking his next steps as Project Manager, and now Senior Project Manager. His innate ability to organize and connect with all stakeholders has seen him seconded into the iconic Dubai Expo 2020 Team for the past 18-months, overseeing the program delivery of 200 concessions!  

Baha Al-Nasr joined our Riyadh office in 2018 as a Project Manager. During this time Baha has orchestrated a vast range of projects (always with a smile!) from the momentous Muvi Cinema roll-out, which has seen him stationed throughout the Kingdom, to high-profile workplace projects in which clients tend to keep him on speed-dial for future business.

More recently, in 2020, Hamza Rasheed joined our Riyadh office as a Project Manager. He has quickly made a positive impact in the flourishing office, and feedback from clients, consultants and contractors has been incredibly complimentary. Hamza’s solution-driven attitude is commendable.
