Project Initiation
We will take the time to get to know your vision. Starting with determining high level deliverables and estimates, we will develop the project scope through researching comparable projects, conducting market research, validating technical feasibility and finally auditing and documenting of all project records.

Planning
Planning is an ongoing process. Through identification of the complete scope of work, to providing documented estimates regarding schedule, resources and costs, our experts will establish a baseline project management plan. A project execution plan (PEP) will be prepared, to be reviewed and approved by the project owner. We then obtain organizational commitments that are planned, documented, and agreed upon whilst continually developing and capturing project alternatives, assumptions, risks and constraints. At the end, we offer accurate reporting regarding schedule, resources and cost in which the overall project success can be benchmarked against.
