Hamed brings over 20 years delivering infrastructure, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments across Saudi Arabia.  His senior roles at Atkins, Jacobs, Jasara PMC, Systra, and Dar Alriyadh demonstrate expertise in complex project environments where coordination between stakeholders determines success.  This background aligns directly with our current portfolio spanning hospitality, leisure, residential, and infrastructure sectors.  His role centres on operational consistency across business units, supporting delivery teams, strengthening internal processes, and developing leadership capability.  Hamed explains: "Compass has built trusted client relationships through capable teams. Hamed holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Leeds, an MSc in Project Management from the University of Manchester, plus professional certifications in engineering and project management.
