investments for blue-chip clients, funds and government bodies across the UK, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

He is well respected by Clients and the Team due to his remarkable talent at applying innovative construction principles to overcome challenges within a project life-cycle, whilst improving operational effectiveness and building winning Team dynamics. His savvy supply chain knowledge and proactive attitude are critical components within the groups increased ratio of both new and repeat business.

Martin is an experienced project management, corporate developer, and technology infrastructure advocate well versed in strategic relationships and management systems necessary to deliver consistent results aligned to the group’s goals.

His oversight of considered global business development activities is underpinned by his comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business, with a keen eye towards identifying new growth opportunities. He is also responsible for the management, implementation, and usability of information and communication technologies, managing data risk for the group and its clients.
 

Nawfal AlKhudhairy is a seasoned strategist, business developer and client manager.  Over the past 20 years Nawfal predominantly led projects in Infrastructure, defense, and property sectors for both the public and private sector. Some of his notable clients include Riyadh Metro, Riyadh Central Urban Regeneration Master Plan and Infrastructure, Riyadh’s National Park (Salam Park), King Abdul Aziz International Airport and Al Warsan Lake Preservation Project, including the Exotic Facility at Dubai’s International City.  He is an Associate Member of the British Landscape Institute, an International Member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and a Professional Engineer Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Nawfal served in several key leadership roles, such as Vice President of AECOM’s KSA, Country Director of CH2M Olayan (joint venture from 2016 to 2018), and as Associate Director & General Manager of WS Atkins International in the Middle East.  In addition to his leadership role at Compass, Nawfal is currently Chief Executive Officer of Dar Al Arkan, where he is responsible for strategy, business development and client management, across all markets.

Ziad is a leading figure within the region's real estate and financial sectors, with more than 20 years experience in real estate development, investment, corporate governance, management, financial and leadership fields, and 10 years experience in senior positions in the areas of corporate governance, board affairs, and regulatory compliance.  In addition to being a part of the leadership team at Compass, Ziad is the Chief Executive Officer of Quara Holding, a Saudi-based holding company focused on innovative financial, technology, and real estate firms, with investments including Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development.  In this position, he is responsible for leading and supervising Quara's operations and managing its subsidiaries across diverse sectors in various countries.

Ziad’s skills and expertise has helped shape numerous real estate companies in the region to become leaders in their own right.  He was CEO for Ventures & Business Development at Emaar Properties PJSC and Managing Director of Damac Properties advising on company development and strategic planning.  He has served as Dar Al Arkan’s CEO, where he was actively involved in shaping its development strategy to maintain its competitive advantage, strong financial position and continue to grow its diversified real estate portfolio regionally and globally.

Turki Al Gafari has a proven entrepreneurial track record of leading the KSA’s real estate industry into a flourishing sector.  He is the authorized representative of numerous real estate owners, of which his is responsible for all transactions related to the buying and selling of properties, as well as, all related administrative work at the government agencies.

Turki holds a high diploma in accounting from the Polytechnic College in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  He has received extensive training in the field of project evaluation and appraisal.  In addition to his leadership role at Compass, he is the Title Deeds & POA Manager of Dar Al Arkan, leading Daar’s ambitious strategic plan across the Kingdom.

Paul is a very experienced consultant, with over 25 years of development expertise acquired in the UK and KSA, coupled with detailed knowledge of all procurement routes.  He has worked on major projects in the public and private sectors, with an absolute focus on delivering the best possible result for the Client every time.

Paul leads the Program & Project Management Service lines, with responsibility for business growth and operational consultancy performance.  He began his GCC journey in 2017 and is based in Riyadh, KSA.

Francisco has over 35+ years of experience delivering projects in Europe, Africa, and Middle East.  He has been working in the construction industry since 1985, starting at the production side and progressing to project manager and contract / cost management services, including managerial positions.

Francisco has been involved in several large residential, retail, and commercial mixed-use developments, adding to the business my extensive knowledge and experience of the construction industry.

Steven's career highlights include leading the commercial division for the US$3B Salam Yiti, Oman project for Sama-Dubai/EC Harris JV and recently overseeing delivery of a number of high-profile projects in Abu Dhabi, such as the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, Reem Mall, Al Maryah Central Mall, Saadiyat Rotana Beach Resort and Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, Yas Waterworld, and Al Ain Zoo.

Steven's commercial experience when delivering projects located in 8 different countries has provided him with a unique insight in the strategic set up of projects to cater for each client’s specific requirements.

Rachel is a Senior FCIPS qualified and chartered procurement professional with over 15 years’ experience of leading and delivering major projects in construction, housing, and service industries.
