We are thrilled, and immensely proud, of Khalil Ayyoub, Compass Project Manager who has been shortlisted in the Project Manager of the Year category for the Construction Week Awards 2018!
Khalil began his career with Compass in 2016. Following a mentoring period as an Assistant Project Manager, Khalil keenly developed policies and procedures whilst pooling his knowledge gained as working in contracting, to assist the Compass team in optimising efficiencies along its continuous improvement mission.
In addition to over 5 years’ experience in the project management field, Khalil has recently completed his MSC degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt University, having allocated extra effort on his dissertation: “Integration of Value Management to Improve the Value of Construction Projects in the UAE”.
Khalil’s career goal is to be instrumental in creating positive change in the region’s Construction market, which has ultimately led him to investigate the ability of using Value Management science to harmoniously improve projects outcomes and better facilitation of client value systems and expectations.
The research included detailed interviews with different professionals in the region and Khalil (and the Compass Team) are immensely proud of the “A” Grade Khalil received for this piece.
Well done Khalil – you’re already a winner in our eyes!
