Compass  is pleased to announce its latest major milestone as it nears handover of the new The London Project concept. Scheduled to open in Q4 2018, the project will be the focal point of the new Bluewaters by Meraas island development. Rising from the base of the already iconic Ain Dubai observation wheel, The London Project concept is a full hospitality destination and immersive experience, anchoring the exciting new lifestyle development as its natural hub.

Fulfilling their client’s creative brief, Compass have prepared a restaurant, bar and social space concept that’s unlike anything else currently in Dubai. The project takes inspiration from its city namesake, with the spaces pushing the limits of creative design. Of particular note is the Living Ground Floor, a communal area enveloped in a leafy green canopy, and The Gin Garden, a “wild, enchanted English country garden”.
