Dubai-based project and cost management group Compass is pleased to announce the successful handover of new restaurant concept Parker’s, with the restaurant opening to the public April 11th, 2016

Originally a renegade park pop-up by the minds behind Find Salt, client Indpt LLC wanted to develop the same green neighbourhood park feel for the new permanent location in The Dubai Mall.  A 3,000 square foot space, the design by H2R features a front-of-house dessert area with flowing chocolate fountains, customised seating areas and large open floor plan with live greenery.

Compass partner Martin McLean said of the handover: “Parker’s was an intriguing concept from start to finish. Translating an outdoors open air concept to the new mall-bound location was an exciting challenge that Compass enthusiastically took on board.  Making use of an abundance of windows and natural light, fresh greenery, rustic-feel fit outs and the eye-catching dessert service area makes Parker’s one of our favourite projects to date.”

Following on from this successful delivery, Compass have been appointed to manage two new outlets for Indpt LLC in Abu Dhabi, which will open later in 2016.
