Compass celebrates 200th project win with Dubai’s First Urth Caffe.
Compass is pleased to announce its latest major milestone with the company’s 200th success project win. The group will be overseeing the first Dubai outlet of Urth Caffé, launching in Meraas’ City Walk district. Compass has also been commissioned to oversee work on the second Urth Caffé location for KSA, to open in the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh. Known for its Hollywood clientele, speciality organic coffees, and wholesome and organic food menu, Urth Caffé’s wholesome L.A aesthetic will be realised in full by the Compass team.
“We’re looking forward to working with Urth Caffé, and bringing its unique concept to Dubai,” says co-founder Luke Somerville, who will be overseeing Urth Caffé’s KSA project. “Having this new win also mark Compass Project Management’s 200th project is a strong indicator of the company’s longevity and our clients’ trust in the group to deliver a finished product that exceeds expectations.”
Launched in Dubai in 2014, Compass has gone from strength to strength. Founded by William Hitch, Martin McLean and Luke Somerville, the company has grown to an office of 28 in just under four years, upgraded its Dubai offices, and expanded to a new Riyadh location. Co-founder, Martin McLean, says that the group is entering a new stage of its brand development. “While Compass originally entered the market as a F&B fit-out specialist, we have now evolved to a full concept service that delivers a diverse portfolio covering industrial, commercial and hospitality sectors, in addition to our Saudi expansion.”
