Arguably one of the highlights of the year, and as proud Gold Sponsors of the African & Arabian Hospitality Investment Conference 2021, the collective close-knit communities of the Arabian Hospitality Investment Conference (AHIC), Saudi Arabia Hospitality Investment Conference (SHIC), Africa Hotel Investment Forum (AHIF) and the Global Restaurant Investment Forum (GRIF) joined forces to Rise Together.

Beginning on the 20th of September, the 3 day event welcomed over 900 big-league hospitality innovators and investors from over 50 countries. Hosted at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, the conference proved to be a robust buyer and seller platform, supporting many opportunities under one roof where much-needed conversations to rise from this pandemic together coupled with valuable market insights and precious networking was enjoyed by all.

Our very own Senior Project Manager, Jocelyne Mangham and Associate Director, Damien Keane, hosted a panel alongside Lara Francis El Hani, Design Director at Kristina Zanic Consultants to discuss Refurbishments, to Revenue Management & Everything In Between covering important aspects as to how considered construction and interiors can better optimize an assets lifetime and revenue.
