Compass have been commissioned by NEOM to provide expert Commercial, Contract and Procurement Management across the entire Sindalah Island development at NEOM.  Compass provides added value to NEOM by both mobilisation of a qualified and experienced delivery team with a core of existing staff, and providing back of back of house technical and administrative support to ensure milestones are achieved.
