The Al Faisaliah District Redevelopment Project began with a $53-million refurbishment of the renowned Al Faisaliah Mall, home to some of the world’s leading designer brands.
The Mall was remodelled and upgraded in phases, ensuring that it remained open throughout the 16-month period of work, with works including facade upgrade and the installation of a large skylight feature, running the length of the mall.
