Master Planning the Dream Resort

The H Resort Beau Vallon Beach sought to undergoing a major renovation which included the acquisition of the neighbouring hotel, Fisherman’s Cove, in order to increase capacity of the hotel, combining services and facilities, as well as a lengthy list of improvements.

Feasibility studies and a master-planning design  competition have been completed during phase one.  Phase two will include the appointment of all consultants and contractors, with Compass providing a full-scope of Project and Cost Management services.
