With over 200 Food & Beverage plus retail concepts set within the 438 hectares of the Worlds Greatest Show, our Team of 5 seconded Project Managers had the massive task of coordinating all tenancy, design, procurement, construction and decommissioning activities of each outlet.

Each project came with its own set of stakeholders, objectives and challenges, reflecting the variety of global cuisines to suit every palate and budget, from old classics to new favourites, street bites to gourmet delights from celebrity chefs, ranging from kiosks to world-class fine-dining establishments.
