Compass' Construction Management Team was entrusted with the comprehensive turn-key fit-out delivery of the Beyond ONE office, taking it from demolition, shell & core to full occupancy in just 12 weeks.  Our Team managed every aspect of the project, ensuring the design vision was realized on time and within budget.

The challenge of creating a workspace that feels both professional and homely required meticulous attention to detail.  The design called for custom interiors, with a focus on natural light, open spaces, and bespoke furniture that merges the warmth of a home with the efficiency of a corporate office.

To meet these unique demands, our team implemented a collaborative approach, working closely with designers, architects, and suppliers.  We ensured that every element, from the flooring to the fixtures, was in line with the client's vision, while also adhering to Dubai’s building standards. 

Working alongside design consultants DBM, our Team provided full design management, overseeing every aspect from concept to final execution, ensuring the project stayed true to the client's vision.  We handled cost management with precision, maintaining cost-efficiency throughout without compromising on quality.

The construction process was thorough, taking the project from shell & core to full occupancy, with meticulous oversight of daily operations, contractors, and quality control.  Additionally, we managed the demolition phase, ensuring it was conducted safely and efficiently as part of the initial project stages.

Health and safety were paramount, with all mandatory H&S roles strictly adhered to throughout the project.  We created flexible workspaces, including hot desk stations and terrace spaces, designed to enhance employee well-being.

Compass also managed the procurement and installation of all furniture and IT infrastructure, ensuring everything was in place for the client's needs.  Finally, we coordinated the move management, ensuring a smooth transition into the new space, making the process seamless for the client.
