At Compass, we're proud to have a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the communities we serve.  That's why we're thrilled to share the story of Noura Albilal, Graduate Project Manager, who is making waves in the construction sector as a young Saudi woman.

Noura joined our graduate program after completing her studies and with the support of our program, she has developed her skills and knowledge, and now leads projects with confidence and excellence.

In the latest issue of ME Construction News, Noura shares her journey and insights into what it takes to succeed in the construction industry.   She also talks about the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and how our graduate program has helped her to grow.

I love working with clients where I have a common engagement, building relationships with clients, being an active listener, and asking questions

Growing future construction leaders

The construction industry is facing a skills shortage, with many companies struggling to find the skilled workers they need to keep up with demand.  At the same time, many young people are struggling to find employment or career opportunities. This is why we believe that one solution to these challenges is to invest in growing our own talent.

We're committed to creating opportunities for talented individuals to thrive in the construction sector.  Our graduate program is just one example of how we're investing in the next generation of industry leaders.

We've developed a comprehensive graduate program that provides recent graduates with the training, support, and mentorship they need to succeed in the construction industry.  Our program is designed to help young professionals develop the skills, knowledge, and experience they need to become leaders in their field.

By investing in our graduates, we're not only helping to fill the skills gap but also creating a pipeline of future talent that will help to sustain our industry for years to come.  Our graduates bring fresh perspectives, new ideas, and innovative solutions to our projects, helping us to stay at the forefront of our industry.

Our program includes a combination of on-the-job training, mentoring, classroom learning, and professional development opportunities.  We also provide our graduates with exposure to a wide range of projects, so they can develop a broad understanding of the industry and explore different areas of interest.

We're extremely proud of Noura and all our graduates who are making their mark in the world of construction.  Their passion, creativity, and dedication inspire us to continue breaking barriers and building a brighter future for everyone.

Meet Noura, here.
