To highlight the dynamic leaders driving this growth, Construction Week Middle East published its ranked list of the most influential figures and companies at the forefront of change.  Celebrating its 15th edition, this year’s list has been expanded from the annual ‘Power 100’ to the more comprehensive ‘Power 150’.  The competition has never been fiercer, with newer companies steadily climbing the ranks.

We are pleased to announce that our President, Nawfal Al Khudhairy, has been named on this prestigious list for the second year.  Nawfal’s inclusion in the ‘Top 20 Consultants’ category underscores his exceptional leadership, and the remarkable growth Compass has achieved under his guidance.  As highlighted in the article, the company experienced extraordinary growth, with a 240% surge in revenue and workforce expansion from 142 to over 255 employees.
