We've reached another milestone in our Compass journey! 

It's always a cause for celebration when we reach our birthday, and it's a great opportunity for us to reflect on all the hard work and accomplishments that have brought us to where we are today. 

Eight years is a significant amount of time, and we've undergone many changes, celebrated many successes as well as faced numerous challenges during that time. It's a testament to our Team and Leadership's commitment to our vision and mission, and hard work coupled with determination that we've been able to reach this point, and it's exciting to think about all the opportunities that the future holds for us.

Through our celebrations, we look forward to the coming year being even more successful than the last.  Thank you to our clients, peers and industry for your trust in us as we continue to lead the region's most transformative projects.
