We are glad to share our decision to ‘branch out’ as we invest in our Abu Dhabi and Jeddah offices, realising each as fully-fledged business units which will further accelerate our company’s growth strategy, and network of ‘roots’ through the MENA region.
Over the past few years, our Compass Team has gladly gone wherever clients’ needs require. This direction is what will continue to guide us and allow us to cement firm foundations, while taking logical actions to support the local Teams.
We have started putting in place additional investments into these cities, reinforcing our capability to provide best-in-class 360° project and cost management services, whilst bolstering our ability to service current and future markets. These new Compass-homes will reflect the innovative culture of our Team’s DNA, with dedicated ecosystems of technology-enabled conference rooms and spaces where we can collaborate on solutions, with colleagues and clients.
Behind the scenes, we have been setting-up the infrastructure to best underpin this inspired strategy, which will see territories allocated within defined Director-remits. Steven Batchelor will be overseeing the Abu Dhabi office and United Arab Emirates operations, working alongside our client-base of developers, owners and operators. Luke Somerville will be overseeing the Jeddah (Western Territory) evolution of increased hospitality, wellness and leisure projects, whilst William Hitch will be nurturing the developing Riyadh (Eastern Territory) progress within the commercial, entertainment as well as retail realms. Claire Tromp will continue to oversee Cost Management operations, globally, for all sectors.
